Melinda try pressing the left button of the mouse plus "control or CTRL" key in the keyboard and scroll with the mouse, it should make your screen larger.

Hi selene yes it makes it larger but now it wont go small its to large x x x

I hope you got it sorted, my solution is always, turn it off completely then turn it on again, I do tend to apply this to all devices, so far it hasn't failed me. Sorry but this is the extent of my technical knowledge

Hi thankyou all for your advice but i still have not got it sorted what happened was the mouse moved the screen to the bottom right and its small and i cant get it large i pressed F11 and it got the screen brigger but its that big the mouse cant click on to the button on the top right hand corner so i do have to turn of the laptop to start again i am not useing crhome now i am useing the older version x x x
