Well if you have a registered mobile with Internet then it has an IP address and so does a PC/ laptop.
From there you can get the name and address of the person in question

only with a court order though

I find E-I has become more and more Anti-Client, they make it so difficult for us to do anything, they don't want us making a fuss, now theyre changing the review system again and its not for the better. Difficult to leave a negative review or to flag fake profiles.
I've been using other escort sites lately which I am finding better, this use to be a much better site. Pity as i'm slowly moving away from it.

A unique IP address back in the day used to be issued to everything on the internet. Every device had it's own unique address.

Now with phones, TVs, even bloody printers being online and needing IP addresses the address space is running dry so pretty much every ISP uses NAT, which basically means many users will be sharing the same IP address. Especially so on mobile, there's forums I cant access on my phone because of an IP ban yet the ban was not for me. Of course, the ISP still knows who accessed what website at what time, but that data can't be released without a court order. Remember up north the UK data retention laws state that all communication data (IE what websites you visit and when) has to be logged for 1 year. That's why I use a VPN when up there, either my own off a little server I rent to play around with or one of the paid VPN services. Using one of those means your traffic is encrypted to the VPN before going out onto the open internet.

Edit to add the point I was trying to make: The fact an IP is logged here means nothing, unless the ISP complies with a court order to hand over their logs of you're browsing history.

TD;DR VPNs are your friend when up north.

Not without justification when I go up north though. Though, to be fair, the amount of people that just don't care about their own information security (ie have the same bloody password for EVERY service they use) is astounding.
