I didn't think there was a fine on the spot (yet), it's just listed as "Up to £1000 fine and 1 year custodial"

Edit, and it'll end up a legal bribe. Pay a few hundo fine now, OR go to court and get your name in the paper

    Shalom/salaam.
10,000 years of Middle Eastern civilisation and the place is not at peace but rather in pieces.

There'll be no room once all the DUP, Caleb Foundation, Various church sex offenders are moved out there.

Plus, where will they move the puffins?

How could they file a case if the escort deny that he was her client? Just because the person work as an escort doesn't mean he/she don't have any male friends where he/she met at the bars / shopping mall / dating sites or whereever and bring the partner home. They can't fine someone on the spot hun. There must be some procedure to be done before they can convict someone for purchasing sexual services, right? How about massage? I do wonder if massage service is considered as sexual service as well

The authorities better focus on the pimps and trafficking rather than us the independent ones. Forcing someone for sexual intercourse is illegal but exchanging gifts or cash for sex should not be illegal and legal only when it is practiced in private between 2 consenting adults. So the escort confession is the biggest evidence in this case.

In the other hand, buying sex off the street would be a different story.

It is a gross infringement of civil liberty and unnecessary interference in personal adult relationships which has absolutely nothing to do with a governments business.

I remember 10 clients a day is often quoted on documentaries and such like. On escort on the C4 Super Brothel doc was asked how many guys she shagged in 4 years, she pondered and answered 15,000 chocking back a little tear. Some girls tell me they see 10 clients a day, some say 3-4. It just depends. However the police always, always make the most damning estimates they can: drugs street value of £2 million, counterfeit goods seized worth £250K etc.
In the hand of an expert these estimates can be very accurate, but not when you apply such bias and your own agenda.

David Ford the former NI Justice Secretary when this bill was passed predicted a prosecution was not possible since it’s a consenting dead between two adults and phone records are not admissible.
Writing reviews and talking about your antics on this forum might be a different matter as far as admissible evidence.

My reviews are on the quality of 'time and companionship only' as the disclaimer on the website clearly states. Also, since in the UK the 'right to remain silent' does NOT extend to website login details, if anyone is talking about anything illicit and not clearing their in/outbox is a damn fool.

They claimed my copied CD 'empire' in high school was worth near £50k because of the amount of discs they seized. Yeah, right, like I was able to sell a copied music CD with no box/covers at school for £14.99, get fucked.

They ended up dropping it when it became apparent no adult was behind it and I was only 15 - and when the stupid bastards returned my PC gear they also gave me back the big evidence bag full of CDs ready to sell - the bag was even marked for destruction and the morons handed it back to me (They even delivered it back to me because they got pressure for lifting an innocent school wains computer in exam season, dumb cunts!!)
