I just want to ensure I understand that the punter consensus (not including all of you sending me supportive PM's lol) here is that it is A. ok for a client to use someone else's sperm in a situation that implicates that third-party in a crime and B. it's ok for an escort to self-impregnate (not sure of the science here but hey it's a discussion) for child-support, as long as they claim that it is a fetish. That's what I am getting from this. Otherwise, I would love to hear why one of these is ok but the other is not.

For DNA to be collected in the first place by the forensic guys it would have to be a pretty serious crime. Rape/muder ect. If you have never been DNA profiled by the guards then even if DNA from a sperm sample was found - it couldn't be linked to anyone.....

Also by the time the condom is collected from said escort, the crime has taken place and the small amount of DNA sperm spread around the crime scene then the viability of actually getting a profilable sample would be very slim after contamination of lube ect.

I agree it is farfetched. So is an escort trying to get pregnant with a used condom. So is an escort taking a naked snapshot of a person and using it to blackmail them. All of these are examples of things that are unlikely, but should not be encouraged or tolerated on the site. Only one of those three has actually been requested here however. Because we don't know for sure what that client would do with another person's DNA, we can't assume they have the best intentions. That's my whole point, that we shouldn't be encouraging that sort of behavior.

Oh and also that you can't just say something is a "fetish" and have it magically be ok. That's not how definitions work lol. If I get pulled over for speeding, I can't say "Gee sorry officer, but driving fast is my fetish!"
