Anyways so back to the main point. Is it ok or is it not ok to use another clients DNA obtained from a used condom in a crime?

When a client requests used condoms (used by someone other than himself) to take off the escort's premises, do we know with 100% certainty that a crime will not be committed using said DNA?

If we don't know what the use will be, and if those 3rd party clients have not given consent, is it right to ask for such a service (even if labeled a fetish)?

It could be argued that you are trying to compare apples and oranges. Used condoms would easily fall into the sexual fetish category, whether or not you agree with it.
