    It's a bit like getting up set over a zit or a skin tag. Now if you were saying that you asked for a service that was agreed and then they said no when you got there I can understand your frustration, but that doesn't seem to be the problem or the focus here. You simply didn't like the fact that she had piles and feel it is your job to tell everyone. I some times get a bit of eczema on the top of my right ear!!! Grow up and if you are that worried about the girl pay for her to get a private doctor so she can get them sorted!
    Last time I checked escorts were not reviewing clients so I don't take your point............the whole idea of the review system is for the customer the one who pays.
    Whether piles make a difference to the booking is up to the client to decide do you normally take guys from behind Kate?
