OK next time I get ripped off or the girl does not look like the photos or provides a bad service I will give a "kind word of advice " rather than tell the truth in my review.
    That works for me thanks

No if any of those things happen you either walk or mention it in review. Completely different to a medical condition.

No wonder the review system is laughed at. I don't think medical conditions should be removed from reviews as it is needless censorship by the staff of EI.
    Hello Everyone,
Our definition of explicit is when you are going into details of adult nature of what occurred during your appointment.
We allow occasional swearword here and there, but whatever the language used, if the escort wishes no details to be published, we will edit the review.
This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions.

In the good old days you would have received a PM from a mod telling you what was wrong with the review and given an opportunity to edit it.
Now not only do they hack bits out of it making it inaccurate but sometimes they edit it so that not only is it inaccurate but it reads like it was written by a dyslexic Yoda.
[May it be with you the Force]
We did explain the reason behind the editing in the review notes, which are visible to the reviewer.
Not always we are able to notify everyone via an e-mail or a PM too, due to the volume of the reviews received daily. We do always leave an explanation in your review notes.
Additionally you are always invited to contact us for more information via PMs.

I agree, for this reason I have left a note for the reviewer after editing “removed explicit and personal content: (…)” . If you wish to warn fellow user about a given escort please use the warning section of the forum, but as usual I would ask you to refrain from posting personal information, names, location or direct links to the profile, in public. You can discuss details in PMs.

Hemeroids are not of an adult nature in my opinion if they were creams to treat them would not be advertised on daytime TV.
You allow certain swear words but not medical terms..........
    Strange.
I am still confused can you please make things clearer ?
If a lady had no hair could I use the medical term alopecia? Or would I have to say she was follicularly challenged ?
Or would I have to say she had a fine head of hair or just not mention the hair.
    Very very confused.

Only when my Penis was in her oesophagus. ......
Sorry I shouldn't use the term oesophagus! I meant general throat area not the manubrial notch or anything.
I should have used my cerebrum before writing that.

and on a serious note, we have people calling each others dicks, cunts, twats etc, but we cannot say that we were thought in school was loads of crap?
    I am confused.

Maybe I shall open another thread "what do you consider offensive?" and have a discussion on this going....
Of course you are one of the chosen few you are one of the staff you can all do and say as you like with no repercussions from anywhere.
Certain established escorts are also part of the chosen few as many honest posters have found out the hard way. It might be just better to discuss what you find offensive as that is the root of the problem.
I visited an Escort and was not permitted to do an honest review you butchered my review as you saw fit.
I was then informed that piles or haemorrhoids are an expllcit or offensive term and can not be used in a review.
I am disputing the fact that in your opinion a medical condition can not be mentioned in a review.
It is obvious to a blind imbecile which are the fake reviews but they still seem to make it through and no I will not do your job for you and point them out and then many of the established members have their honest reviews butchered way to go EI.
I find very little offensive if I am honest but I want a level playing field for all, so if we are all going to be easily offended so be it but a bit of consistency would be nice even if EI own the pitch and the ball and the referee us players deserve some type of semi fair game.
    Just my opinion.

I can see where you are coming from.
It is always very subjective. Without going into details (of explicit nature) I will try to explain.

We had to respect the escort's wish and remove the explicit content, meaning the description of what and how it was performed.
Your sentence has fallen under this category, when you described one of the favorites and how you felt about it.

I see that the review might seem different after we removed the explicit content, if you wish to edit your review or re-submit it please feel free to PM me and I will do this for you.
(provided it does not contain explicit or personal information)

With regards to the alopecia, that would again depend on the context.

happy to belong, but I am not able to post whatever I like.
As a moderator I represent the company as much as myself and need to consider many factors before I press the submit buton.
On personal level I think of other people's feelings before I post.
And finally, our posts are being moderated too. all of them, all the time. (hello Boss )

    Just my opinion.

I “removed explicit and personal content: (…)” not what I found offensive. There was nothing offensive in your review.

I looks like, if you allow me to put it in one sentence, that, I have offended you by removing explicit and personal content from your review.
If this is the case, I am truly sorry.

You see, on this occasion I had to respect the escort's wish, who only wanted non explicit review content to be published.
The removed sentence has fallen under this category, when you described one of the favorites performed and how you felt about it.

As stated in the original thread, please feel free to discuss the condition in the warning section and use the PM only to exchange any personal information.

    I never described a favourite I described a medical condition did I not ?
You are standing by your decision that the word piles is explicit ?
If piles are explicit why are breasts not ?
They are both parts of the body.
Still very confused at what your definition of explicit is ...............
