if it were my brother it wouldn't really bother me, although i might feel a bit ill having seen him naked as he's not very pretty and out of condition (in my eyes). In all fairness it's his life, but i would have had a go at him for leaving the tablet where my child could have found it, as it is inappropriate.

I'm quite open minded though, so having a sex life to me is pretty normal and to be expected. I find it odd that some people expect people to not have a sex life.

I do get puzzled with the guys that say they have a normal sex life with their partners and still come see sex workers, but that is their call. I'm not going to tell them what do to do. I guess i just don't understand why they take the risk? Or why they got married if they couldn't commit to it?

The fact is we only get one shot at life and you have to live it the way that works for you. No point dying with regrets, so you either live life to the full and regret those you hurt on the way or you don't live the life you want and regret the life you missed. Most of us live somewhere in the middle of that. No one is blameless. Just try and live with the decisions you've made the best you can.

Unfortunately those in the deep, dark, depths of depression don't always think straight. Sometimes their reasoning becomes, everyone will be better off without them.
And rare though it may be, there are cases where a parent takes the children with them.
And the oft touted opinion that suicidal people are selfish is most likely given by people with no experience of chronic intractable depression. I haven't personally experienced it but have had had close relatives who did (for years, recurring severe bouts, despite treatment), a couple of whom went all the way. Long term, severe depression that has responded poorly to treatment can be as crippling as a broken back.
Lack of insulin in the pancreas, Type1 diabetes, sympathy.
Lack or too many neurotransmitters in certain parts of the brain--no sympathy, just pull your self together.
In both cases above, a body organ has malfunctioned, a personal choice to be that way was not involved.

Totally different animal though really. Depression is different to being caught out. If someone is already suffering with clinical depression and then gets caught out that could sure be the catalyst to catch them out and push them towards suicide, but generally I wouldn't put this in the same category. This is a reaction to a consequence. There is a reason for the way you feel and therefore there is often a solution and a choice. When you are clinically depressed you don't always know why, there may not be something you can point at for the reason and therefore there is no way out, as you don't know what to do to get out of it.

One of the reasons why guys commit suicide more often than women is the fact that they find it hard to talk about it. They try and take everything on and keep it to themselves. If they are lucky they have a mate they can talk to about it, but not everyone has that outlet.

I wasn't an escort back then. I don't think I've ever seen my Brother as someone to look up to. He's just my brother. My Son can't even bring himself to acknowledge if I look nice in a new dress or not. He doesn't see me in a sexual way at all, I'm just his Mum. I think that is a different relationship to that of brother and sister. Kind of weird to think that people get hung up over their siblings sexual relationships when most of you would jump at the chance of bedding two sisters. Bloody hypocrites! lol
