If I were you I would either go to Waterford for it, or look elsewhere for one at a good price that you can buy by credit card. Bank transfers are not secure - if the vendor does not send the goods, it will be almost impossible to get your money back.

In that case it really is too good to be true, and I would not even recommend going to Waterford for it. An item like that is very easily sold, so why would a sane person sell at much less than the going rate?

In my opinion the old adage applies here, 'if it's too good to be true, then it probably is'. I personally wouldn't take the risk, if you can afford to lose that amount of money, then take the risk.
