The poll is a bit simplistic. There are risks with most things we do in life and as such there is a risk with oral without, so is it 100% safe? No it's not. Is it safer than bareback? Yes it is, is it safer than crossing the road? I have no idea.

I guess if you are going to comparing it to crossing the road, using a condom for oral would be like having a set of traffic lights. You are trusting the traffic lights to get you across the road unharmed, but sometimes you can still get hurt, if someone else isn't using them properly. owo is like crossing the road without the traffic lights. If you cross a very busy main road, then the odds are higher you may get hurt. If you cross a quiet road that is otherwise maintained (no pot holes), then mostly likely you will cross unharmed, but there is always a threat that you could get ran over.

Nothing is 100% safe, it's just degrees of safety.

There are more sti than hiv.... hepatitis would be right up there with one of my fears, no matter how clean and shiny your cock is.... you will never see a virus.
