You have to look at it from the Irish clients point of view.
Ireland is a small country in the arsehole of nowhere with a small population, mostly Roman Catholics and where people live in one another's ear.
To be prosecuted here would be a outrage, Eternal Damnation, you couldn't show your face in public ever again.
