Cooking alert!!!!!

No, I'm not going to ask you what's your favourite meal, although I don't mind if you say it. What I'm interested in is your first experiences in the kitchen....cooking, not having sex
I'm a terrible mess in the kitchen and am still learning. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes not even the dogs would eat it
Is there anyone else out there like me, so I don't feel that crap?
I do make lovely pancakes tough

And no it's not something dirty.
It's vanilla ice cream covered with a pancake, with chocolate sauce on top!
Sounds horrible right....I thought so too until I tried.

When I started cooking years ago i used to grill pork chops or Donegal catch type rubbish. My most adventurous meal was spaghetti bolonaise which I thought was exotic at the time - now I cook fish and all sorts of proper exotic dishes. However I only an average cook- but all great and organic produce ! There you go

I remember fist time, I tried to fry chicken wings. They came out black on the outside and not cooked on the inside. I thought.....dogs like bones so I decided to give them to the dog. Poor dog, he sniffed them and ran away
