    Like I said, I would have thought discussing services and rates over the phone before a booking has been made is at best a legal grey area and at worst illegal.
    Either way I don't do it, I don't care what a lady is charging or what specifuc services she provides, i will already have read her profile and reviews if she has any, all I care about once I call her is when can she see me.
