I'm no expert but I would have thought a lady giving out explicit details over the phone including discussing rates could be construed as solicitation which is illegal in this country.
Hasn't there been a few threads in the past advising ladies not to discuss services over the phone for that exact reason?

I believe it is , also, I find it somehow low. I know other ladies who do not speak over the phone about such things, therefore I am not the only one conducting the business in this way
