I know, the death penalty for taking payment refusing to provide a service the state of Texas refuses to legalise. It doesn't get any lower.

But it sets a precedent so I have just one thing to say to the NGOs who bleed the state white for funding then refrain from providing services that are useful:

Trying to get my head around this.

The guy admits shooting a woman dead. Ok she was a bad woman who stole his money. He paid her money for sex and didn't get any. Couldn't exactly go to cops to get money back. Shots her in the neck she dies months later. Jury of his peers clears him of murder. Strange and unjust. Tricky lawyering and crooked jury I guess. Thank god everyday creeps in Ireland aren't tooled up like in America.

That's the problem with the right to bare arms, someone looks crossways at you, you may be tempted to blow him away. She was a crook, but nothing deserving of a death sentence. That guy is a lucky bastard not to be doing hard time. No justice in that court
