Ireland is Ireland. Changes in any part will effect the other eventually anyway. If someone doesn't want to get involved with the media that's their choice but with regard to you going public, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I understand you didn't know you'd be on TV but if you put yourself out there you have to expect feedback - good and bad.

Rachel did not just turn up, she turned up utterly exhausted from a long drive, and, on my word alone, risked exposing everything...

LaBelle , with all due respect and I have alot of that for you , I am happy and gratefull that Rachel was there for you when you needed somebody badly , but thats personal , dont expect me to share your opinion if I have seen her in a different light and express this opinion freely .

As I repeatedly said before , yes she was the only one ready to go on TV , brave /stupid whatever you call it and I am sad that circumstances prevent us to show the full reign of wonderfull , intelligent , selfassured , independent women who work in this job , but I dont need to like her way !

And yes, let's keep it real here, Both Rach and LBT showed great courage today and deserve congrats not bitterness and piss, I mean if criticising dress sense is all you have, you've little to bitch about.

I think what he means is that because Lillian only works in Northern Ireland, then the laws that are passed in the Republic of Ireland don't affect her. So why would she come to Dublin to protest a change to Irish law? Probably in the same way that if they were to change laws in the UK then no one here would travel to London to protest.

In that case, why would she go on in such a vitriolic fashion to criticize someone who is doing something down here

From past experience I know that public speaking is very very nerve racking and when its put in your face and the language is not your own it can only be a stressful nightmare and I notice the last week Rachel up to all hours in the morning posting or whatever cos she was anxious and for a lady to have cameras put in front of you not knowing whether they will show your face or not ( never trust the media ) I know I would have bottled it ..... Oh and all this talk of what she was wearing has been one of the best pieces of touting ever I put up a thread last week about "RED DRESS" and it was taken down but now its open season ...lol ..... I tour Ireland, I dont stay in a place, I am up to North this week. Actually Belfast is not in Ireland, is UK, so neither I was in the Republic working . As for she never works here . She is posting on this forum along with the lot of escorts working in the Republic of Ireland , this time having a go at one of them for what....exactly ?! I haven't made anything up. I know who tours where. You tour in both jurisdictions. Lillian does not. You are angry because she said that that she was unhappy with you being the public voice of escorts in Ireland. I'm not offering an opinion on that, since I'm not an escort. You can, and no doubt do, disagree. You can't say, however, that it doesn't affect her. Derry is not subject to the Republic's laws, but many people there do watch RTE. She's entitled to express an opinion without spending a whole day travelling to take part in an activity she probably didn't know about and might regard as counterproductive.
