Lists are for ppl with shitty memories or low motivation. If you had a mid week date with a hottie you wouldnt need a list would you? Train your memory by not using a list. You can always go back if you forget something.

    I never use lists,

That's interesting. Wait to you get to my age and you will think differently. Also, with a list I don't forget anything

I dont think age has anything to do with things. If you use your memory youll keep it just like your physical well being. The saying "if you dont use it you will loose it" has a lot of merit to it.

its true to a very large degree,

Course age catches up with ppl. Mother Nature is undefeated so far to the best of my knowledge but its no excuse to become complacent in my mind anyway.

I am at the age where I have to make lists to keep a note of the lists I was making when I lost my list.

Whats harsh about it? So if a person has to use a list and their memory is fine then what else would it be only laziness or lack of motivation? If i owed him a grand i bet he wouldnt need a list to remember it with all the other complexities of life. Why? Motivation. Nothing harsh about that only my opinion.

Youare making a generalised assumption which is pretty insulting to some people.
