The Alan Carr book is a god send. I would have given it to you had I known as I always carry it around with me!
Also the nocorette range is really good- from gum to patches you can find something that helps.
If everything fails try moving to Bhutan

Aye, the patches made me really ill as well. Probably get arm cancer or some damn thing from them!
