Overall, 12.3% of reviews are from people with only one review and 8.9% are from people with only two reviews. There are legitimate reasons why an individual escort's numbers might be higher. Just random chance, or if she's someone who is often recommended as a good escort for first time punters. If the lady has a lot of reviews then 24% seems high. If she has only a couple of dozen reviews then I'm not sure I would read much into it.
