    I certainly believe in the theory, that what each individual brings with them at the start of a relationship should still be theirs if the relationship breaks up.
    And anything earned or accrued during the relationship should be divided equally.

    That's a very good point and I agree but tell a judge that it always seems to be the woman walking away better off.
