It could be due more to the ethnic background, as opposed to being trafficked. Certain ethnic groups can suffer from a tendency to have dark circles under the eyes. Some Asian groups, as well as some Arabs, and Eurasians. Plus, if this is a common look for this lady, she or whomever took the photos maybe not see this 'look' as anything unusual. I don't think they are black eyes. I'd say it comes from her ethnic background..... This look is typical of a lots of Romanians (mostely from east romania) and Bulgarians.... she could be just tired..... and zero make-up. at least most likely you will get what you see...
