I dont think most of the taboo is totally against homosexuals. I think there is the attitude that a homosexual man in a changing room of otherwise straight men in a way breaks the rules. He might not look anywhere at all, he might have no interest whatsoever, and be totally professional about it, but put it this way - would it be fair to have a straight man on an all lesbian team and share a changing room. He wont have a chance, they have no interest, but?........ Would they feel uncomfortable?
Yes to homosexuals in sport, as in everything else. But there's a few bridges to cross yet.....

It is deplorable, especailly with John Fashnue, thanks Elle was going to put link to him up but I see you already have. There are plenty of homosexuals in the premier league but they keep it quiet so they arent singled out. Lookt at Elton John, doesnt play football but owns Watford and all the rival fans are always shouting what he takes up his arse etc
