    I don't eat healthily all the time... just certain times of the year, especially in the good weather it seems to be easier to keep it up. I'm trying to make it more and more all year around though.

    Blueberries are one of the foods with the highest ORAC (antioxidant capacity) values and good for all kinds of things.... it's only this year they're prominent in shops in Ireland though. They're delicious and cheap as well, so you should keep an eye out for them.

    I'm having black coffee now, it's not so bad because it's something that comes from the earth just like tea, and has a lot of benefits and antioxidants in it. I used to take it with milk... but milk can have hormones and stuff in it...

    Apart from fruits, salads are the easiest thing to pick up and eat and they're prewashed. My favourite are the Italian ones, they're cheap as well.

    I try not to eat much meat except from eggs and fish. They're the best sources of animal protein. Sometimes I'll have chicken or turkey, the closest thing I get to red meat is sausages which I used to eat quite an amount of...

    Had a deep fried breast of chicken with boiled rice and curry sauce and some tha chickeni rolls out of my local chinese and it was absolutely scrumdiddlyumptious . Now a can or 2 of bulmers pear !
