    Nothing is missing, you are spot on, everyone pictures the €30 bill scenario in their head at the end, but thats not the case, the manager says the bill is €25, but the waiter short-changes them making the bill €27, thats all they pay, they get €3 back.

    Its quoting the riddle back to €30 that fucks with everyones head, really clever
