You would be surprised how many try. Once had a guy call me and ask to book me for his Sons 16th birthday. No idea if he was for real or not as I put the phone down.
As far as I'm aware 19 is the youngest I have met and this was due to me not picking up their youth on the phone and assuming they were older. I am usually pretty good at picking out the young ones though.
