    Used to smoke 60 a day or more if I was stressing out!
    Started smoking roll ups and smoke far less now. Feel a lot healthier now but doubt I'll ever stop totally as I do enjoy my Nicola O'Teen!!!

    I have never felt unhealthy smoking, i smoke 4-5 before outside the gym before i go in and smoke straight away afterwards, can still do a good work out and an hour on the threadmill or bike, i guess i'm lucky at the moment, for how long that's anyones guess

    Jasus are you a laugh HL you smoke before and after the gym what's the point in going.
    It will catch up with you I have seen the effects of smoking on my mother and its not to good.

    Tbh you can tell the difference after about a month in the gym.... running will be so much more easier.
    I have managed to put it down just like saying, that's it, I'm stopping.... It is just the want to stop nothing more.

    I hate smoking you money is literally going up in smoke I tried it once when I was a kid I was sick for days after never went near them again.
