We all sleep in, shit happens as Irish Sarah said but here's my take on it, this guy done nothing wrong by commenting that he was let down by you, ladies might have heard all the excuses under the sun but so have clients, to me and a lot of guys first thought would be you've double booked and taken first come first served.
Yes he's been a drama queen but then again I'm sorry but so are you by making a big deal about it instead of quietly contacting E-I to have the double review dealt with.
Maybe put yourself in his shoes, you've only got an hour free, you arrange to meet a lady, you're all excited, you call her before the time, no answer, you call a few more times even send a text or 2, no answer, you're starting to feel let down, eventually the lady responds to tell you she's "Slept it" (My reaction is) and she wants to rearrange, it's too late for you to rearrange your morning with such short notice, you walk away gutted feeling let down, what do you do, you write a review telling everyone how you frantically tried to contact the lady with no response and eventually when it's too late she responds, does this guy do that, no he sticks to the facts, short and sweat.
