Of course, It sounded as a duplicate of a review just submitted for the same escort by the same user.

It is nice to recommend, but this is the reviews related section, not a place where you post reviews.

I had to make the post sounding less review-like.
I understand there is very thin line between review / recommendation and a conversation related to the review, but in this case I felt like the user wanted to discuss his recent review for the escort, hence I moved it here.
