Default Android Device Defaulting to Mobile Site

When I browse on this site using an Android device I automatically default to the mobile site.

This is fine on Galaxy mobile phone but sucks on a Galaxy Tab.

As far as I am aware - This happens on all pages except the Community pages.

Went to log-in on the mobile site and it says password must have one uppercase (or could be special character) letter.
No problem logging in on the main site.

The automatic defaulting is more than just an error - is shows up the Dev team as very amateurish !!

With a larger screen that you have on a Galaxy Tab it is easier to browse the main site rather than the mobile site

You dropped the option to select the main site - Why ?

You are right about one thing - This site is some crazy shit alright !!

On a tablet device you should be seeing the tablet version of the site, if you prefer to switch to the desktop, goto the menu and its the last option "go to desktop version".

I have an iPhone tried the mobile version , could not hack it at all, tried it a few times.
    TBH I find it terrible
I use the desktop version all the time and I,m a lot happier with it.

The Desktop Version is far better 100% of the time. I have lately found myself having to switch from mobile version to vB4 Default style, despite working from a desktop. What's that all about!!

Agree with all the comments above, except for Dev Team's sarcasm.

On my Galaxy Note, the desktop version works well - much easier to use than the mobile one. Until recently, you could switch to desktop mode with a single click, and it was remembered for the session. Now it seems to be page-dependent and messier. It would be ideal if a user setting could be used to remember the preference.
