In other words she is still banned. As I understand it, banned paid advertisers are only banned from posting.
Or does she have additional sanctions, like not being able to send or receive PMs?

SteveB Got it right..If she is banned from forums she can't receive any pm or send them so that means any activity on the forum she won't have any access. If you wanna get in touch with her give her a call..
