Love Time for some spiritual reflection

The Sistine Chapel: Virtually view every part of Michelangelo's masterpiece.

Here is an amazing bit of technology that allows us into a place most of us will
probably never see in person, and would never be alone in the room.

Just hold left mouse button and drag your arrow in the direction of the part you wish to see.
In the lower left screen, click on the plus (+) to move closer, on the minus (-) to move away.

Make sure to have the sound on so you can enjoy the choir.

To paraphrase Robin Williams: "You can't tell what it smells like." Not that I don't think it's cool, but I find myself wondering if the experience of actually being there will be replaced by the virtual at some point in the future, and if it does, what will we lose by sacrificing these experiences on the altar of convenience?

Maybe convenience is the wrong word, but I hope you get the spirit of my message.

    Smell is over-rated.

Hopefully, it will encourage less spiritual people to embrace the magnificence of Michelangelo,
and take a trip to Rome, for the aroma.

What a calming post, a little reflection on life now and again is good for everyone Forrest.

    Thanks Tiff.

Life is far too fast nowadays, and people need to slow down, reflect on what they are doing,
what they are saying, and find some inner peace.

Alternatively, we could all just fu*k like rabbits, have orgies and smoke pot all day.
