The entrapment laws for one thing. They shan't need to, all they have to do is find put where a real escorts stays. Not that they will do that too often, there are real crimes to keep them busy.

The DUP and Sinn Fein believe its what looks good for Northern Ireland and what they seem to be doing.
Neither party gas any morals or principles and change like the weather.I wouldn't trust Martin McGuinness as far as I could throw him. Why don't they concentrate their efforts on the important things like the forthcoming health and welfare cuts
Its all about keeping their nice little jobs and staying in power.
I wouldn't give Maurice Morrow the satisfaction of calling him a Lord, he aint no better than anyone else,he's only a silly old school guy who knows no better.

Its a hard job (pardon the pun) for the PSNI to prove you paid the lady for sex unless they catch you in the act of handing over the money. They cant set up a sting as that's entrapment.

The smart way will be for the ladies to carry on advertising their services as companionship and time and anything else is between consenting adults. No chat over the phone about sexual acts. Punters turn up with cash in an envelope that is left for the lady in a discrete location and she does not touch it when the client is in the room. Punter goes to bathroom to freshen up and lady removes envelope for safe keeping.

Additional strategies to keep her safe would be to meet the client dressed in normal clothes, bring them in, have a chat for a few minutes. If its a law enforcement officer they must reveal that fact with the first few minutes or else its entrapment. Once the envelope has been produced and the client goes to the bathroom then the lady can change into something more comfortable.

There are plenty of legal minds who use this site from both the law enforcement agencies, border agency, judiciary etc who can give advice. They like sex with a willing lady just as much as the next guy and have the money to pay for it.
I think the cash in the envelope will have to go, better I think for the client just to have loose cash on him rather than in an envelope and probably not good for the girls storing large amounts in the room either.

Lucy, you would like to think they have real crimes to deal with but the garda will go for the easy touch as usual and with a law like there proposing it will be as easy as catching salmon in a barrel

Limerick and that honey trap thing definitely burnt a few fingers, didn't two of the men prosecuted commit suicide? I'm not sure. I'm afraid I don't know enough about how they plan to introduce the law. I do know the phone companies in England are required to keep full transcripts of all calls and conversations for one year, and I should be very surprised if Northern Ireland weren't included in that too. So people need to change the way they do things for sure. Sexual services are illegal to buy. Massage, NURU, life coaching and hypnotherapy aren't

    Cop

one thing that gets me is just how much ignorance of the law there is. no wonder solicitors can
make so much. most of you have no clue about what is a tricky area, admittedly.

    lesson 1, juristiction.

Northern Ireland and The Republic have two entirely seperate legal systems and statutes.

They may be different but they are introducing that law in the Republic. It's a bill, they may amend it but the principles are the same.
