Yes we are inagreement over these tests usefulness the Dr seemed to have concerns not only about the 92% detection rate but something about the detection period I am not 100% sure what he told me...

Yes, your doctor is correct. The test is only 92% accurate in detecting a Positive , and will give you a false positive 1 out of 5000.

Condoms are not a 100% either, nor are Birth Control Pills,...

My Dr mentioned these kits to me when I was last tested and he mentioned that these kits are not 100% reliable so its still best to visit the clinic for this type of testing.
