Hi Kate, I would just like to say how much I admire you for recently appearing on The Claire Byrne Show on national television in the immediate aftermath of what must be described as a reasonably controversial, albeit totally subjective, expose of one aspect of the industry here. Of course you do not know me, I'm but an occasional client, but I felt compelled to extend my admiration for you in the face of a difficult and emotive situation.., your composure was highly commendable, your knowledge from within undoubtedly impeccably well founded.
