Charity Begins at Home.

I am sitting in my bed, feeling like left-overs from a rave party, in other words I am feeling like crap. So, what do I like to do on a Sunday morning feeling like crap or not, is to troll the web looking for stuff, fun, interesting, otherwise. Now like most people who do tend to be totally self observed in our own lives, we hear about things but unless we are directly affected by them we tend to disregard them. So, I am updating my websites for my new upcoming tour, and deciding what will be the special for the Month of February, last month it was OWO included in the hour price, and some small discounts. But this month I have decided to give to charity namely this charity, Haitian Earthquake Response. I am asking my clients to sponsor me with a small donation as little as 2 euros, and as large an amount as you wish. Also, it you would prefer not to give on line, you can give it to me when we see each other, and I will then make a donation at the end of my tour in the name of the “Friends of EI for Haiti” from Violette Dew. I mean seriously, things are tough in Ireland because of the economic situation, but believe me, things here are still wonderful in comparison to the situation in Haiti. So, gentlemen come and give generously! Kisses Violette

    Hi Violette,
it's noble what you do, i did it too but i always wonder how much of the money we give ends up in the hands of those who really need it. The wages paid to the staff of these charities is sometimes very huge.

But the flip side, is if we don't give anything, even the little that does end up there wouldn't. So, it is a necessary evil. The charities I don't trust are the ones with super large luxurious buildings as headquarters.
