Q2. A man died because he went home too quickly. How come?


Q3. A young man went off to war. He returned some time later. When he saw the church tower near his home, he knew that his family was in serious trouble. Why?


Q4. Why was a woman pulling three heavy old tyres through the park?


Q5. The seals were the star attraction at the water park and played to packed houses. One day they refused to perform. Why?


Q6. A woman was better off because she was robbed. How come?

    Q2: He crashed just outside his house and went quickly through the window killing him

    Q3: Because the church tower shouldn't of been near his home, either his house or the tower was blown up and ended up beside the other

    Q5: It wasn't a packed house?

    Q6: When she was robbed the thief held her up and took her money, if the thief hadn't of done that she would of continued with her day and ended up catching a train/plane/taxi etc which would of eventually crashed and killed everyone on board.

    The Answers:

    Q1. It is the Beaufort scale of wind forces.

    Q2. The man lived on a boat, and one day he went scuba diving. Sadly, he returned from the deep too quickly and died of the ''bends,'' a painful and deadly effect of quick decompression.

    Q3. The church had been submerged many years earlier when a dam was built to create a reservoir. The fact that he could see the church tower meant that the reservoir was at a very low level and the country was suffering a terrible drought. His family were farmers and he knew that all their crops would be ruined.

    Q4. She was in training for a trip across the antartic, where she would have to pull a heavy sled across the snow and ice.

    Q5. There was a group of nums dressed inj balck and white in the front row of the audience. It is thought that the seals saw their shapes and mistook them for killer whales, which eat seals. The seals swam away in terror.

    Q6. The thief placed a bet on a horse using the woman's credit card and the horse won. The luckless thief did not realise that the winnings would be automatically credited to the woman's credit card account.
