Helping our customers at their time of need

Dear Customers,

We hope that you are all staying safe during these tough and uncertain times. The health and safety of our customers, your customers and our colleagues is our top priority.

As you may be aware, the situation in Spain, where we are located, has not been good. Inside our company we have implemented protocols to ensure all of our staff members are safe and we thank them for their effort in making these changes as quickly and painless as possible.

Our technical team continue to work around the clock to keep things running and you will notice no change to our normal service.

Whilst sympathy towards large companies isn’t expected, keep in mind that we are also suffering the effects of COVID-19. Our staff members, their families, our suppliers and everyone associated with our business have all been affected in one way or another.

If you are impacted by COVID-19, we are here to help.

We will be offering a staged approach to our assistance due to the time required to implement such changes to our website, policy and procedures. Measures which have the most impact for our customers right now have been prioritised.

Effective immediately, the following options are available to you:

• Any customer who wishes to cancel a service (tour, banner etc) which has already begun may do so. We will issue a pro-rata credits refund. Please contact our service team.
• Any customer who wishes to cancel a scheduled service (tour, banner etc) which has not yet started, may do so. We will issue a full credits refund. Please contact our service team.

Effective from Sunday 22nd March, the following assistance will be available to you:

• Any customer who wishes to continue advertising will be able to do so with discounted advertising rates. Our initial discounts will be 30% off all advertising rates. This will be done via a discount code which will be issued to all customers via email.
• Any customer who has a sufficient trading history with us may request to operate in a negative credit balance during times of emergency.

Effective from Monday 23rd March, the following assistance will be available to you:

• We have set aside €100,000 (one hundred thousand euros) in the form of a hardship fund. This hardship fund will be administered by Uglymugs.ie who have generously agreed to help us in providing this financial assistance to you. Further information will follow regarding the process.

The Future

We are working around the clock to push out our next range of products of services with a focus and priority on services which generate revenue for you. In the next days and week we hope to release our beta versions of our next services which include:

• Our EscortFans platform which will allow you to offer subscription services to your fans where you can share content in return for revenue. If this is a service you wish to offer, please consider generating photo and video content in advance.
• Our Webcam platform offering. If this is a service you wish to offer, please consider the technology you will require to do so.
