Safe enough.
Avoid if sores/cuts on the genitals or mouth.
If it worries you unduly use a condom.If "reverse oral" can use dental dams (never seen the frigging things), certain types of clingfilm I believe or a condom slit open on one side.
The risks are probably low but some do exist.
Risk for the person giving the blow job a bit more than for the person receiving it.
Chlamydia and gonorrhoea can be present in the throat and possibly be spread orally but the risks for oral STIs are low compared to "bareback" penetrative sex.

True...person who offer is more in danger...but risk bout way..u can avoid it with a condom...or just with beeing carefull of each little sign of deseses...even the toungue color of a person and lips..somethimes..can tell if he had a virus
