What if they had already reviewed the escort with their original banned username ? Therefore having two reviews for the same escort, from one punter.
As I said I had read a review of a banned member, who was new to the forum and then banned and it just got me thinking about if he was a previously banned member and if he had already reviewed.
I dont think we delete banned users reviews, just cause they were little sh*ts here doesnt mean there reviews are fake 
A new user we would normally verify there reviews anyway, but its difficult to work out if they are previously banned but if they are, they will be weeded out as new users, banned and there new reviews deleted or ratted
And regardless if they are banned or not, if we find out its the same person, i presume we will delete one or both depending on circumstances.
