Hey, come on. This is a controversial topic and I don't think the negativity is to the site, it is to the fake reviewers.

I agree it is not ideal to not allow some to review on their first day. I also agree we need a cooling off period though. It is an impasse. How about putting a poll in the escorts section? We will be directly affected by this.

For the record I don't think that clients should have minimum post count. I am just chuffed if they get to the computer to review.

I am not exactly impartial but I think the majority of my interaction with other users of this site is very positive and friendly, but obviously this is not the case. I didnt come here to cause hassle or be negative but I spend a fair bit on escorts and I really do not want to feel like bad while discussing what ever is the topic of the day. So I will take my negativity and leave.

Your comments are welcome whether you spend money on escorts or not, that is not the issue. nHowever the general tone of what you ahve been saying is always negative (for the reviews) I dont want you to leave the site but I would welcoem some constructive critisim rather than the general neagitivity that you have been posting on this topic

I agree there are far too many people registering to leave reviews and leaving it on same day they should have to be a registered user a certain amount before they can leave one and perhaps log on a certain amout of times aswell maybe.

Alot of them seem to leave two reivews to make their review look more plausable and its not fair on the innocent escort possibily getting a rat on her page because of this.

I know it wont stop fake reviews but it will require a bit more effort and therefore might discourage them.

Yes it's crazy to allow total strangers to damage the hard-earned good reputations of professional escorts. I often wonder whether posting reviews should be free for clients - okay, basic access to the site, the ability to view escort profiles & reviews needs to be free, but perhaps the ability to post reviews should cost clients something? This way only those of us who are genuinely interested in using this site to promoting a good working environment for professional escorts would have the ability to express their opinion and those who just want to be vulgar pricks can revert to their old method of speaking their mind - scribbling on public toilet walls.

Also some reviews are unnecessarily harsh - giving a negative review for very minor complaints and situations or occurrences that are beyond the control of the escort in question. I guess this reflects just how little consideration those reviewers give to the escorts they are posting against & how little insight they have into the harsh realities of the business. For example guys living in some cow town in the middle of nowhere should be thanking their lucky stars that an incredibly beautiful & vivacious courtesan has arrived in their midst - not complaining that the apartment where she is operating suffers in comparison to the Taj Mahal.

For my part I give very little creedence to any review written by a new user or user with only one or two posts - of course there are exceptions: with some posters it is very obvious from the tenor of their post that they are genuine and had an experience that they felt they had to share (be it positive or negative). I'm doubly sceptical when a new poster writes a bad review, especially when they are posting against an escort with an overall positive profile. There was a classic example of this discussed on this forum recently.

I don’t post that much or have that many reviews but here’s my opinion anyway.
In general I think the review system works very well if used wisely. Yes it has it’s problems, no system is going to be fool proof. The moderators have a tough job and should be thanked for the worked they do more often.

I don’t base any decision on one review or that of a Trusted reviewer for that matter, because everyone has different tastes and expectations when they visit a lady. You should be able to work that out from a trend in reviews, no matter who they are submitted by, and not just by one or two. Maybe you have come across another reviewer that has visited the same ladies as you and written a review that you agree with

Some reviews of course can be ignored, e.g maybe a reviewer has a tendency to submit a lot more negative than positive, registered on day of leaving review and has never submitted another one. Etc …

Huh? How do you know how long he's been reading reviews? You only know when he registered, but the reviews are there for anyone to read, registered or not.
