    I don't find it suprising at all Luther. When it comes to national debates that involve the evolution or devolution of ones country there's always one side that drag out the past patriot heros of old to support their cause.

    Personally I voted no the first time. I didn't vote the second time because I wasn't in the country. If I was I would of voted no again. Why? Well because I believe in the Republic and I don't support the "United States of Europe" which we more or less belong to now. But thats it right there. We belong to it now. The voting is over. We were robbed of our Republic and now we are a member state of the Great EU. I'm not bitter. I cried a little after I got home, but I accepted the change. We are married to the EU "till death do us part".

    forget about the past patriots and the past period and tell me what voting yes to Lisbon would do for this country or should i say is doing for this country?
