The problem is - The new excuse we are getting from these agencies is that they are simply independents using a receptionist service, and seeing as we are letting others do that how can we persecute them for it?
For the moment, I've told Sarah to rule as per her own best educated opinion, but it is difficult for her to do this without people saying she has been unfair to either escorts or clients.
I think it would be easier for us if ladies didn't use receptionists, but is it fair for us to say we refuse to consider independents using receptionists as independent, because it is not easy for us to distinguish between them and agencies?
That is a question we will have to consider now.
