As to you lo seeking information, I do hate to inform you but my posts are not all about you, or directed solely at you, they are as the name suggests posted on a forum for many or few to read or ignore. As to your perception of this as a nonsensical argument, you do seem awful keen to keep it going. And blatant insult and propaganda are something you seem quite good at, have lost count of the number of times I've been told to stop acting like I have a vagina, or indeed even on this thread where LDM has been told to man up. Now I know that is only a joke so maybe it's not blatant insult, but you know what, everyone isn't a wise and you and I.

So you dont see that participating in a thread where experiences are compared to Michelin and McDonalds may be somewhat....gross? to imply that seven different escorts were being too quick to offence may be somewhat..offensive?, where ladies are left to feel somewhat cheap and somewhat nasty, you dont feel that ladies have a right to feel somewhat insulted? Perhaps bemused? Your initial comment, the sarcastic one about sisterhood? Tell me, where is the sisterhood in comparing yourself to steak or burger?

Lucy, I have been participating in this thread as honestly as I can, based upon how I perceived the op and the analogy, I can honestly say I did not read any slur in it, but that is my perception. As I have said different people will receive things differently.I can only go on how I read things and interpret them. My comment on sisterhood was not sarcastic it was s reference to the fact that thread had been reignited by a few posters of the same opinion deciding to make what I perceived to be snide comments, it wasn't sarcastic it was a direct comment. Of course ladies have a right to feel insulted as do other posters when they are told they should man up or stop thanking posts or realise they haven't got a vagina. Insult is a very personal thing and like all of this thread is based upon the recipients perception.

All of the opinions and discussion on this thread are based upon our own perceptions, you may perceive yourself as reacting to an insult and that is your right, equally i perceive myself as offering my opinion which is my right, I do not seek to dictate anyone's opinion by commenting on their behaviour, and that might a good rule of thumb for us all.
