How do you relax?

Due to the nature of the business im in i have to plan appointments days in advance which leaves me worked up and tense. Last nite i tried the last minute thing but no one would answer their phones. But i had even decided on that a couple of days before which kinda defeated the idea. I'm a shy guy so these situations aint easy for me. I want my last appointment to be stress free. So any tips on relaxing. Non alcoholic ones.

I relax by drawing, playing the guitar, exercising at the gym (four times a week), walk in the woods and playing video games. Travelling for day trips and going on holiday also helps!
