I'm not sure you want to mix, in the way that I think you were suggesting though. A single shoot should be consistent throughout. I'd prefer a mix of pro with light touchup work if needed and then candids.

Obviously you don't want to look bad either which is understandable. It's a tough call. I've seen many professional photographers advertising with obviously heavily photoshopped pics. Just doesn't do it for me. You can be a pro, take great shots and do touch up work without it looking like you've done so.

I prefer non professional photos, made by a friend.
I always liked to have pictures, that show me natural as I am...

I just use some light (backlight), color for more vivid colors, and a low noise reduction...
I think that's enough... to have some nice pictures

I like natural and sexy taken in good light and not glamourised too much. The picture on the packaging should mirror what's in the box
