Sorry should add, whilst we do have a gold border thing coming soon, to say it will only be for proven genuine independents would not be accurate, as I don't believe we can verify escorts as genuine independents or not. It will be based on an escort profile being a consistent, long term advertiser etc, not a guarantee the escort is independent.

Has any more thought been given to enhanced status (gold borders) to proven genuine escorts? That seems to have been left by the wayside and forgotten.

That's actually an excellent idea and would save a great deal of time and offer some level of extra assurance.

Think its a really bad regression. It opens it up to more abuse, I dont believe the verification is up to scratch, we know that escorts are going to swap pics/profiles.What % of clients leave a fake pic report ? No thanks,not for me,i'd rather go on a review written by a client i believe gives an accurate portrayal of what the experience was like,including accuracy of photos.

There can only be one border - the gold - as any border will make an advert stand out. If we had different coloured borders it would defy the point.

To those that don't agree with this verified photos / reviews change, I'll say it again, if any escort is photo conning, you can leave a fake photo report. Give the new system a chance, if it is a big failure we can talk again.

We have ended the policy of not allowing escorts who do not accept reviews to have verified photos. From now on, escorts can have verified photos whether they accept reviews or not.

This is the way things were on E-I originally, then we changed things as it was what we felt the majority of clients and escorts wanted, but we are going back to the original now.

We believe, since the reporting fake photos system was introduced and all escorts are subject to this, there is now a method to report fake photos, even if the escort doesn't accept reviews, and so there is no need to continue insisting escorts accept reviews if they want to have verified photos.

We also don't want escorts to feel pressurised into accepting reviews if they'd rather not, which we feel is more likely to occur if a condition of genuine photo verification is that the escort accepts reviews.

I think this is very fair Patricia. Thanks. I appreciate there are ladies who do not want to be reviewed but have genuine photos - and that is their right. So it is most timely that E-I has changed the rules back to the original.

However, on a personal level I will still only be seeing ladies who allow reviews and have verified photos. To me the review system is the single most important measure in helping me to choose who to see. The verified photos are actually less important to me given the advances in photoshop etc.

I think these are all great changes Pat that will make the majority of escorts a lot happier without compromising verification (and wherever there is a rule there is always someone trying to work their way round it - that is life ).

Of course you could have a "opt in" review system for clients?

Have to say though that when I was looking back through Ms Chambers' reviews a while ago, I always got a little laugh when I'd read clients writing "definitely the girl in the pictures" even after her 70th or 80th positive review.
