Err, is blood the only fluid that transfers std's or can other bodily fluids do so as well ie. vaginal secretion?

Perhaps we should have an anonymous poll on this. You are probably right that most take hormonal contraception to avoid bleeding. High health risk in my experience but each to their own. I'd be really curious to know, but don't know how to make a poll.

some women may experiece shorter some longer and heavier

but their is no sure fire way to stop a period bar sterizalation

Can you quote a reference please? I was not aware of that until now. As far as my knowledge goes you can get an std from any vaginal secretion. Guys taking the risk any time they go down on a lady and they take it voluntarily. As far as I know there havent been any research done on whether blood or vaginal secretion is more contagious. But I'm willing to learn more.
