Ok, I have largely stayed out of this thread up to now, but think the mods might have overstepped the mark in their interpretation of the rules. Firstly lets make it clear the forum is a community that is made up of both fun and serious threads and topics. We have had great debates around science, social issue politics etc. We have also had debates about ass, tits, old tits, new tits, escorts weight, escorts language skills, best kisser etc etc. While these are not always my cup of tea I can choose to ignore them or not. The most important thing to remember is that a community is made up of its members, both clients and escorts. What is the difference between me going away for a holiday and them starting a thread when I get back saying "I'm back" basically what I am saying is hi to my friends and enemies who engage with me on the forum. Why are escorts any different, are they not an equal part of our community here and do they not have the right to say hi to us. Yes we might be interested to know they are back so we can book an appointment, what harm. Equally if someone I don't particularly get on with here (Client) posts an I'm back thread on here then I am aware I need to be careful not to let my prejudices get in the way and start a row with him. This is an open forum populated by and large by intelligent adults (with a few notable exceptions, LOL) who can make up their own minds what is a community thread and what is an advertising thread.

The other scenario is when a client posts about a new girl, or new pics or even (God forbid) a certain girl is back from holidays or whatever will that thread now stand or will it too be deleted. If we are too express our opinions then these threads are necessary and if we are to have any fun as well as serious debate then these threads are necessary, but how do we know they are not just escorts getting their friends to start advertising threads!!!!!

    Food for thought.

Food indeed. If you want a forum where you can post your thoughts, get genuine opinions, and above all be taken as a poster, not a wallet, then please understand that we have many outlets for the promotion of our services. If this is going to be the trend pretty soon the whole forum will be advertising. We do not tout in general chat, therefore we cannot be accused of ulterior motives. Boring, true, but not a difficult rule to observe.

Lucy, by and large I don't consider any of the girls who post as merely advertising and therefore do not see it as a problem. In my humble opinion the new application of the rules is solving a problem that didn't exist in the first place. I regard all posters as serious in the open forum, and even some of the trolls as serious. I just don't see that it should be alright for one section of the forum to post I'm back thread, i.e. clients and not for the other section. This creates a two tier system that doesn't help equality respect and all the other good qualities we aspire to on the forum.

Woo Hoo!!!!! You can't just say things like that Luce and leave us all in suspense!.

(This is the extent of my contribution to this thread. It's all getting a bit too serious for me.)

Reading your reply again Lucy I think you hit the nail on the head. My point, if slightly laboured, is exactly that an I'm back thread is not necessarily touting!!!!!

Agreed, ban the lot for me. But I counted 6 threads in one week, purely designed to promote. Do I care? Not really. It gets my back up when ladies make us just fluff, but I have sympathy for those who need to earn. There is a time and a place for everything though, and rules have always been in place. I received an deletion and warning for posting that I was on a Ferry, over a year ago. Am I annoyed? No, I understand why this has to be. I think ladies should get involved, have fun and contribute, not see this as yet another scam.

We are largely in agreement, and I very much value your contribution on the threads. As to being seen as merely a wallet, I wish, LOL not even that at the minute. I apologise if I sound pedantic but my innate sense of fairness and equality means I have to speak up when I see what I consider inequality rear its head. I have been publicly flogged (verbally) in the past by some quite well known people for the same thing, but will I change....never.
