You can only compete with yourself if the other site has it's own management and can write and implement it's own business and marketing plans. Otherwise it's still a monopoly. Eventually, if done well, it should give you greater Market share split between the two sites.

You don't happen to work for Proctor and Gamble Ireland do you?

I gave the most recent example. I don't do revenge thinly disguised as piss-take. If I have something to say to Apollo1 or anyone else I'll say it straight.

Lads and Lassies, you don't know how disappointed I am, I opened this thread hoping to see a lot of sequential posts leading to me buying Morehampton Road and charging you all huge money for landing on my square. Instead I see it is a Piss Take/Revenge thread. My head is spinning!!!!

My simple answer is this, if the market decides there should only be one site then the market has spoken. If I decide to set up my own site competing and it fails then the market has spoken. However, if it is successful then you guys are in serious trouble. LOL
