Not happy with the location ??!!!

a while ago i was reading a coment from a guy, he wasnt happy with the room, too small in his opinion!!!
but lets be fare , where the escort mistake here that tha room is small? was the irish peolple who made the apartments not the escorts...and in most of cityes is very hard to find a decent apartment in city center, just because apartments are situated in old buildings , like most of buildings in city center!
i personaly i try to find the best apt for the buget that i have for the rent, i dont like dark and small places either, but for example when i was in limerick , there are few locations there with nice and brigh apartments but i have no luck at all to rent a place there, so after i did my best at the end i took a place little bit ugly in my opinion...wanted with all my heart to have a place in river point apt but was impossible, so where is my mistake here?that a guy can complain about the location?
when i take a place first i think if i would live myself there or not and if i do i take it and i always try to buy good quality products, i have nice bed linen and towels, candles music etc etc...and i am sure most of girls have the same
i want to be clear; is in the client wright to complain that place was dirty, smelly or whatever it is..but not to be happy with the size of the room, come on!!where is the escort mistake if we talk about the size of the room
